2003: Was placed on the DL on April 3 by Chattanooga...activated from the DL on April 28, then released... signed with Schaumburg of the independent Northern League on May 14...wore number 14 with Schaumburg... was named the Northern League Player of the Week for June 9-15 after batting .435 (10-23) with two homeruns and six RBI...got his 200th career RBI on June 24...made five errors in a 13 inning game on August 29...Hogs in the Minors Player of the Week two times.

2002: Wore number 15 with Stockton...was 2-7 with five strikeouts and a game winning RBI single in the 15th inning on April 29...ejected from the game on April 30 for arguing a called third strike...reinstated from the DL on May 22...Story: Lundquist has warm memories of days at Arkansas...won the California League Championship.

College: Ryan was a first team All-SEC outfielder in 1997 and second team in 1998...he also was an All-American at Arkansas in 1997...Ryan also holds the game, season and career records for total bases at Arkansas. He had 15 against Central Missouri State in 1997, 190 total bases in 1997 and 538 for his career...Ryan holds the UA single season and career home run records. He hit 24 in 1997 and 56 for his career (96-99)...also holds the career record for runs scored with 241, doubles with 68, and hits with 288...holds the single game and career records for RBI.
