Joe Fisher

Ron Moore

Ron Moore was named the head baseball coach at Durant (OK) High School in August 2015. 11-24 in ’16.
Head baseball coach at Deer Creek High School in Edmond, Oklahoma from 2000-15. During his first 5 years as the head coach he directed the Antlers to two state tournaments, two regional championships and five district championships. The 2002 team advanced to the semifinals of the state tournament and had a 28-14 record. The 2004 team advanced to the state tournament and finished with a 21-18 record. Team went 28-12 in 2008, 28-9 in 2009 and 27-6 in 2010. Went 33-6 and lost in the state championship game in 2011. 24-13-1 in 2012. 26-9 in 2013. 26-14 in 2014.
Moore also spent seven seasons as the softball coach at Deer Creek, including a 27-8 record and 4A Championship in 2003.
Ron Moore came to Deer Creek in 2000 after coaching college baseball for seven years. Prior to Deer Creek he was the hitting instructor at West Virginia University. Prior to WVU, Moore was an assistant coach for Tom Holiday at Oklahoma State. He also served coaching stints at Arkansas-Little Rock and the University of Arkansas.
After high school, Moore played one year at Oklahoma State and three years at the University of Arkansas.

Lynwood Cathey

Cathey is currently an assistant basketball coach at Smackover (AR) High School. He has over 40 years of coaching experience and was the head coach at Smackover for some time.
He spent four years coaching under Duddy Waller at Arkansas. Two years as coach of the Razorback’s freshman team, compiling a 12-0 record in 1968 and a 5-19 record in 1969.
His first head coaching position was at White Hall (AR) High School in 1962 where he went 132-15 in four years and won the 1966 State Championship. Was the head coach at UAM from 1972-76. His next stop was Mount Holly where he took over the girls and boys teams. His 1986 team went 28-8 and made it to the state tournament semifinals. The Mount Holly girls team made it to the state tournament semifinals in 1990. He stopped coaching the girls team after 2003. He spent 22 years at Mount Holly before moving to Smackover in 2004.

Tiffany Wright

A Lady Razorback Basketball player from 1994-1998. A member of the 1998 final four team. She is now a sports anchor and reporter for WSOC-TV9 (ABC) in Charlotte, NC. Initially after graduation from UA, she worked for WLBT-TV3 (NBC) in Jackson, MS and was also a sideline reporter, and color analyst for ESPN for WNBA games.
