Important Notes: Named a McDonald's High School All-American in 1992 after averaging 28 points and 9 rebounds as a senior at Russellville (AR) High School...named the Gatorade National Player of the Year in 1992...his number 34 is retired by Russellville High School...selected in the first round (13th overall) by the Sacramento Kings in 1995...made his NBA debut on December 10, 1995 (14 points in 17 minutes vs. Miami)...played a career high 48 minutes in a game at Dallas on December 20, 1997...had a career high 40 points vs. Detroit on March 4, 1998...finished second in voting for the NBA's Most Improved Player Award after the 1997-98 season...traded to the Toronto Raptors for Doug Christie prior to the 2000-01 season...traded, along with Tyrone Corbin, Kornel David and a first round pick, to Detroit for Jerome Williams and Eric Montross on February 22, 2001...won the NBA's Sixth Man Award for his 2001-02 season...scored his 6,000th career point on November 16, 2002...won an NBA Championship with Detroit in 2004...traded, along with cash, to Philadelphia for Derrick Coleman and Amal McCaskill on August 8, 2004...traded, along with Brian Skinner and Kenny Thomas, to Sacramento for Chris Webber on February 22, 2005...given the Sacramento Kings' Oscar Robertson Triple Double Award for his leadership and character on and off the court for the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons...announced his retirement on September 26, 2007...joined Arkansas Baptist College as an assistant basketball coach for the 2007-08 season...became the head coach at Arkansas Baptist for the 2009-10 season...named the head basketball coach at the University of Central Arkansas in March 2010.

Arkansas Notes: Second team All-American after his sophomore season...won the NCAA Championship in 1994 and was named the Most Outstanding Player of the NCAA Tournament...made it to the NCAA Championship title game in 1995...named a first team All-American after the 94-95 season...named the SEC Player of the Year in 1994 and 1995...ranked first all time with an average of 19.0 points per game...holds the school record with 291 career points during NCAA Tournament play...the Hogs were 74-17 during his career...named Arkansas' basketball legend for the 2008 SEC Tournament.
