Remains athletic and loose throughout with good incorporation of his lower half. Spotted fastball and slider on a consistent basis. Knows how to pitch. From the outfield, has carry and a strong arm topping out at 89 MPH. Strong arm from the infield as well getting up to 84 MPH. Actions up the middle are developing, outfield tools more defined currently. At the plate, right handed hitter that starts with a wide base and a standard hand set. Keeps the barrel in the zone with solid extension. Drove middle away pitch in multiple at bats. Interesting follow as he continues to mature and put on additional strength. Primary righthanded pitcher, shows a balanced delivery and does a nice job of getting tall on the backside, hip turn at top, lands slightly open with front side but does a nice job of working down in the zone. Very quick arm action through the back, works to a three-quarters arm slot, ball comes out clean and with plane. Fastball topped out at 90 mph with short running life, locates to glove side well and filled up strike zone. Curveball serves as put away pitch, excellent feel for the pitch with sharp 11-5 shape and late bite down in the zone. Flashed a changeup, maintains arm speed well at 76 mph. Can sequence and miss bats. Similar big arm strength from outfield, short steps to the ball, fields the ball out front, plenty of carry and accuracy out of the hand, utilizes a crow hop and works through it well. Righthanded hitter, begins with a simple shift through lower half, shows balance to swing. Line drive swing plane, loads slightly on backside and incorporates hands well into swing, works the middle of the field with comfort and shows an handle for the barrel with consistent line drive contact. Good student. Named to Junior National Top Prospect List.

  • PG REPORT: Slender young build, lots of time and room to get stronger. Two-piece delivery with a big pause at the top, hard acceleration to the plate, arm is fast but rushed at times, hands stay low in delivery, 3/4’s arm slot. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, mostly straight, has been up to 91 mph this summer at PG events. Nice change up with fading action. Curveball showed good depth when his arm was on time and has potential. Very good athlete with two-way potential, although he didn’t play a position at this event. Has run down to 6.67 in the sixty and thrown 94 mph from the outfield. Good student.

  • PG REPORT: Medium athletic build, very good present strength for his age. Very mature baseball skills and tools across the board. Has athletic quickness and good arm strength behind the plate, 1.91 best pop time, accurate throws, has advanced footwork and mechanics, gets low and flexible in his set up, had no issues receiving a pitcher throwing 88-92 in a simulated game. Right handed hitter, swings hard and has very good bat speed for an 8th grader, hard contact to all fields, drove a upper 80’s fastball over the right fielder’s head in a game, lots of future power potential. Most impressively carried himself with maturity and had fun and a constant smile the entire time. Very interesting young talent. Good student.

  • PG REPORT: Strong and compact athletic build, pretty physically mature for his age. Right handed hitter, calm and composed approach at the plate, not much wasted movement, moves to the ball well, long and hard aggressive swing, lots of present bat speed and middle of the field power, will get out front at times and be over anxious but should be able to handle high end velocity at the next level. Good lower half athleticism on defense, 7.12 runner, stays low and shifts well, has quick feet, exceptional arm strength for his age, tends to rush throws at times, has all the tools to stay behind the plate for a long time. Very polished player for his age, plays with confidence. Good student.
