HN: What was your favorite game as a Razorback and why?
EH: '97, first game at home vs. LSU. 8,000 fans and I hit a homerun (3 run) in the 1st inning.
HN: What was it like being a Razorback?
EH: It was a great experience.
HN: Do you still follow the Hogs?
EH: Yes, as much as possible.
HN: What is the best thing about playing in the minor leagues?
EH: The chance to get to the big leagues.
HN: The worst thing?
EH: Travel and fast food.
HN: Was it difficult to adjust to wooden bats?
EH: At first it was a change but now I don't remember what it was like to use a metal bat.
HN: Have you played with or against any other former Hogs? If so who? What was it like?
EH: Yes, Matt Carnes, Matt Erickson, Rob Quarnstrom, Jason McConnell, Joe Jester. It was weird playing against them.
HN: What did you think of Razorback fans? How do fans in the minor leagues compare?
EH: The Hog fans are great. They have more passion than minor league fans.
HN: Where are the best and worst places you've played games in the minor leagues? Why?
EH: Best - Sacramento - 15,000 fans on average.
Worst - Calgary - Freezing cold in April.
HN: Do you keep up with any of your former Hog teammates?
EH: No.
HN: How does each level (College, A, AA, etc) compare competitively?
EH:
After A ball is the
biggest jump. AA, AAA is the toughest.
